Fats in the stomach are so disturbing and hard to get rid of but there are natural recipes that are capable of helping us do that.

The first recipe is a drink that consists of apple and almond juice along with almond milk and Cinnamon in addition to Chia seeds. This drink should be taken in the morning.

The second recipe is green tea with pepper and lemon juice. You can take it at anytime of the day.
